Don't Forget the Lyrics is searching for FUN and OUTGOING contestants with GREAT PERSONALITIES and GREAT STORIES! From the 60's to today's hits... 18 years to 81 years old... If you know your music and lyrics and can carry a tune, download our online application for the chance to sing to top hits of today for the opportunity to bring home $1,000,000.

If you don't forget the lyrics to the biggest hit songs of all time and have what it takes, follow the instructions below and good luck!

VIDEOTAPE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Make a five-minute (5:00) personal videotape of yourself and the two (2) supporters you wish to have appear with you on TV.
2. Fill out an Application (include a recent photo of yourself and each supporter).
3. Send the completed signed Application (with photos) to us at the address below.

1. Making Your Videotape

Making a videotape audition for the program is very easy. Using a video camera, make us a five-minute (5:00) videotape that tells us a little about yourself and what you would do with $1,000,000. Be sure to include the people you would like to appear with you on-camera as your "supporters." Please start with your name, age and hometown. Be creative, show us your personality - tell them what makes you unique and why you should be the next contestant for the show. Also, and this should come as no surprise, THEY WANT TO HEAR YOU SING! Don't worry, it's not a talent contest, but they are going to have to hear you sing at some point, and giving them a sampling of a few of your favorites is all that they ask. Remember, there is no "right" or "wrong" thing to say on your tape, they just want to get to know you so don't hold back and have fun!

The Videotape:
* Make sure they can see and hear you clearly.
* Label the tape with your name, address and phone number.
* They can only accept DVD and VHS tapes (the ones that fit in your VCR. Please no vhsC). Transferring your camcorder tape to VHS can be accomplished easily. Use the Red, White, and Yellow cables that come with your camera to connect it to your VCR. Push play on your camera, and Record on your VCR. Please run a test and make sure your transfer worked properly.
* Be Kind, Rewind. Rewinding your tape to the beginning greatly increases our fondness for you.

2. Filling out the Application

The Application:
Please take your time and answer the questions in the Application honestly. They will only accept completed and signed Applications that are accompanied by a videotape.

Include recent photos:
Please enclose with the Application a recent photo of yourself and each of your supporters. Make sure your photo(s) are clearly labeled with applicable names and phone numbers on the back. It is best, though not mandatory, to send two (2) photos of each person - one head shot and one full length shot.
