ABC Family is launching its "Live Huge" campaign, a new health initiative in support of the network's upcoming one-hour scripted series, "Huge." The initiative, which runs across multiple platforms on the network, including on-air, online, and off-air, kicks off with a national bus tour beginning in Michigan on Friday, June 18. The "Live Huge" Bus will continue to make stops at festivals and fairs across the country throughout June and July 2010. "Huge," starring Nikki Blonsky, premieres on ABC Family on Monday, June 28, at 9:00PM ET/PT.

The "Live Huge" Bus, wrapped in white, will serve as a blank canvas that will allow people to share how they "live huge" by writing messages directly on the bus that tell how they live their lives to the fullest. With each stop, photos of people signing the bus will be uploaded to abcfamily.com for use on the site's digital mosaic - "The Live Huge Wall." Additionally, ABC Family will be distributing recipe booklets featuring healthy recipes from two cookbooks by Jamie Oliver and published by Hyperion Books - Jamie's Food Revolution (available now) and the soon-to-be-released Jamie's America (coming in October).

The bus tour will kick off at Hamburg Family Fun Fest (Hamburg, MI) on Friday, June 18 and will continue on to make stops including:

* June 19 - Mermaid Festival (North Webster, IN)
* June 20 - Vermillion County Fair (Cayuga, IN)
* June 22 - Rush County Agricultural Fair (Rushville, IN)
* June 24 - Meramec County Fair (Sullivan, MO)
* June 26 - Route 66 Festival (Clinton, OK)
* June 27-28 - Oklahoma City RedHawks vs. Omaha Royals Game (Oklahoma City, OK)
* July 3 - Independence Day Celebration (Selma, CA)
* July 4 - 4th of July Street Fair (Ventura, CA)
* July 7 - Bakersfield Blaze vs. Modesto Nuts (Bakersfield, CA)
* July 11 - Colorado Springs Sky Sox vs. Reno Aces (Colorado Springs, CO)
* July 14 - Cedar County Fair (Tipton, IA)
* July 15 - Kane County Fair (St. Charles, IL)
* July 17 - Sparta Town & Country Days (Sparta, MI)

The network will also be running PSAs on the network during each episode of "Huge," which will drive viewers to learn more about the initiative on ABCFamily.com. ABCFamily.com (www.abcfamily.com/huge) will include a panel of experts who will field questions from viewers about a range of health and fitness issues. The panel of experts will be provided by "America on the Move," a non-profit organization whose mission is to improve health and quality of life by promoting healthful eating and active living among individuals, families, communities and society.

Additionally, Katherine Schwarzenneger, author of the upcoming book, Rock What You've Got: Secrets to Loving Your Inner and Outer Beauty from Someone Who's Been There and Back (to be released in September 2010), will also host a weekly blog on the site, offering her thoughts on self-esteem and body image issues.

"Huge" is heartwarming drama that focuses on seven teens from different backgrounds attending a weight loss camp as they embark on their individual journeys of self discovery. The series will follow the emotional journey of the campers as they deal with issues including self-esteem, friendship, rivalry, romance and body image.

Nikki Blonsky ("Hairspray") is set to star as Willamina aka Will, an opinionated, sardonic non-conformist who is not happy that her parents sent her to Camp Victory, a weight loss camp run by Dr. Rand, played by Gina Torres. The cast also includes Hayley Hasselhoff as Amber, Zander Eckhouse as George, Stefan Van Ray as Trent, Harvey Guillen as Alistair, Ari Stidham as Ian, Raven Goodwin as Becca and Ashley Holliday as Chloe.
