In 2009, Travis Pastrana jumped his rally car 269 feet, landing on a barge in Long Beach's Rainbow Harbor. Last year, Levi LaVallee was injured during practice and thus the event was cancelled. This year's simultaneous jump will eclipse past records set in front of thousands of onsite fans in attendance and millions of viewers on ESPN.
