MSNBC's 'THE DYLAN RATIGAN' Show Launches '30 MILLION JOBS' Tour

Jan 6, 2012 - 6:17:27 PM

MSNBC's 'The Dylan Ratigan Show' today announced the launch of its '30 Million Jobs' tour, an innovative road show that will examine the roots of our current unemployment crisis and solutions to unleash growth. The tour builds on the show's commitment to spark conversation and engage Americans in the solution to our nation's most-pressing problems.

"I consider our government to be B.O.U.G.H.T,' which stands for Banking; Oil; Universities; Government; Health care and Trade," said Dylan Ratigan, MSNBC host and author of Greedy Bastards. "Our mandate for 2012 is to declare ourselves 'not for sale' and creating 30 million jobs will prove we are doing just that."

'30 Million Jobs' will make stops at the following cities:

* January 18, 19 and 20th: Northern California -- focus will be on innovation and the foundation that led to the success of Silicon Valley
* January 25, 26 and 27th: Miami, FL -- focus on the issues that face Americans ahead of the Florida primaries
* February 8th, 9th and 10th: Austin, TX -- focus will be on Austin's success in the sectors of education and employment
* February 22, 23 and 24th: College tour -- focus will be "30,000 jobs for the class of 2012"

'30 Million Jobs' follows the success of the show's 'Steel on Wheels' tour, which was launched in 2010. During 'Steel on Wheels', Ratigan introduced experts and innovative ideas that are transforming our nation's healthcare, education, economy, manufacturing and public works sectors.
