MTV2's "FUNK FLEX FULL THROTTLE" Rides Out In Style For The Season Two Finale Airing Sunday, June 26 At 1:00PM ET/PT
MTV2 and Funkmaster Flex are putting the finishing touches on Season Two of the car customization series, "Funk Flex Full Throttle" when the finale airs this Sunday, June 26, at 1:00pm ET/PT.Fans get a final look at more of the over-the-top car makeovers done at his auto shop.
In the finale, Maybach Music's Boss, Rick Ross stops by the shop for an 'In Flex We Trust' interview and to collect on a friendly wager made with Flex. Flex decides to customize a brand new FMF Ford Explorer for Rick Ross to deliver on the bet. Also, The LOX drops by to discuss cars, hip-hop and their latest business hustles.
Throughout Season Two of "Funk Flex Full Throttle," Flex has mixed the worlds of celebrity and automobiles by catching up with some of the biggest names in hip hop and sports including 50 Cent, Amar'e Stoudemiere of the New York Knicks,Chris Brown, Cory Gunz, Dipset (featuring Cam'ron,Jim Jones, Juelz Santana and Vado), Fabolous, Lloyd Banks, Nicki Minaj and now, Rick Ross and The LOX.
Season Two of "Funk Flex Full Throttle" has proven to be another success, delivering strong ratings growth among MTV2's target male audience 12-34, improving ratings by +37% among M18-24 and +19% among M25-34 from season one.
For the past two seasons of "Funk Flex Full Throttle" on MTV2, hip hop DJ icon and king of urban car culture, Funkmaster Flex, has given viewers an exclusive look at entertainers' tricked-out whips and talked about what's up next for some of the biggest names in hip hop and sports. Flex and the crew took viewers along as they completed expert customization projects in the garage.
