On an all new episode of WE tv's hit series "The Locator" on Saturday, September 19 at 9PM ET/PT, NFL star Paul Spicer is on a search to find the father he never knew. While he has achieved his dream of playing in the NFL, he can't escape the void he has felt of never having his father in the stands to cheer him on. His mother, Toni, broke up with his father before he was born, and raised him on her own. Having only a picture and hearing countless stories about his father from others throughout his childhood, Paul calls upon Troy Dunn to help him get answers and fill his life-long emptiness.
Then, on "Adoption Diaries" at 10PM ET/PT, Mimi and Michael Shrall are looking to expand their family. The Shralls, who have been married for seven years and live in a family-friendly neighborhood in Fishers, Indiana, have only succeeded in having one child, their son Alex, through IVF. After four frustrating years of additional IVF treatment, they have decided to pursue an open adoption and were connected to pregnant Janelle Haycock by the Independent Adoption Center. After finding out she was pregnant by an ex-boyfriend in California, Janelle decided to move home and now lives with her father in Salt Lake City, where she works at an internet company. Although she believes she cannot handle a baby on her own, the process of placing her child for adoption is a heartbreaking experience for her.
