SEASON PREMIERES:
RAISING SEXTUPLETS (Thursdays at 10pm ET/PT)
In the second season premiere on Thursday, June 24 at 10pm ET/PT, the Masche sextuplets are turning two! With the onset of the terrible two's - times six - the chaos, tantrums, stress and financial pressure mounts. The family heads off to New York City to appear on CBS' The Early Show and spends a whirlwind weekend in the big city. Then matters turn serious with major changes for the family under discussion. Bryan considers a new career which could mean a move for the family from Arizona to Florida. Bryan and Jenny butt heads over the long overdue completion of the playroom addition, and realize they need to get back to marriage counseling. Then it's a big birthday bash for the sextuplets 2nd birthday, complete with family, friends, personal cakes for each child...and a special appearance by a costumed bear (who happens to be a reluctant Bryan!). Like always, their lives are complicated, juggling kids and marriage as they struggle to keep it all together.
Then on Thursday, July 1, as the move becomes finalized, Jenny and Bryan decide they want to raise the sextuplets in Destin, FL after they fell in love with the town when they visited five years ago. Jenny loves the beautiful beaches and Bryan admires the good old Southern values. But both sets of grandparents are up-in-arms about the move and aren't shy about speaking their minds! The extended family has always been there to help with babysitting, laundry duties and emotional support. How will Jenny and Bryan ever be able to make it with six toddlers in a city with no support system? Bryan's father believes his decision to up and move is "crazy" and insists he WON'T help with the move when the time comes, while Jenny has a confrontation with her own parents. Although Bryan and Jenny understand that they're taking a risk, it's an adventure they're excited about and need to do what they think is right for their own family. Meanwhile, the drama of potty training begins! Then, the kids reluctantly get fitted for life jackets to prepare for an all-day boating trip on Lake Havasu - one last Masche family adventure before the big move.
